• You must have a working email address.
• You must indicate the country you're currently residing in.
• A website is not necessary for you to join.
• If you do have a website, you must link to this fanlisting before joining. This is to show your love for Rui, and you easily do this with the pretty Rui codes we have!
• If your website contains hate propaganda, racism, homophobia, pornography, etc, then you will be listed but not linked.
• Please be sensible with your name or nickname. I'm sure you're not called Rui or Tsukushi... ^_^;
